| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府已成为我国行政管理体制改革的目标之一.通过探寻服务型政府的理论依据,明确服务型政府的内涵,并为建设服务型政府提供思路上的借鉴.从国家相对于社会处于何种地位、政府相对于市场经济扮演何种角色两个角度展开分析,得出结论:服务型政府顺应国家与社会关系的历史演进,同时也是政府与市场关系不断调整的结果.
