| Abstract: | The main aims of teaching Chemical Engineering Principle are to cultivate the students' ability to grasp the ideas, viewpoints and methods of engineering and the ability to deal with practical problems on chemical engineering. Combined with their teaching experiences, this paper summarizes the concrete viewpoints, methods and meaning about chemical engineering, and it makes teachers and students understand the aims of teaching and learning respectively. |
