| 摘 要： | 随着全球环境恶化的日益严重，将环境权上升到宪法保护的高度已成为了必然的趋势。本文阐述了环境权的宪法属性，并通过比较国外的环境权的宪法保护模式，结合我国国情对我国环境权的宪法化及其法律构建提出了自己的几点想法。

| Abstract: | With the more and more serious environmental degradation around the world, environmental rights should be enshrined under the constitutional protection. Through expounded the constitutional attribute of environmental fights and compared several environmental fights constitutional protection models, and then com- bined with China＇ s national condition, this paper finally put forwarded some thoughts about eonstitutionalization of citizen＇ s environmental rights of China and its legal structure. |
