| 摘 要： | 以Y社团为个案,经过研究发现在改革开放的作用下,我国出现了政府和非政府组织关系的法团主义特征,政府通过授权等多种方式承认社团的合法性,同时也拥有了对社团的控制权。相互承认和相互连接,恐怕是中国非政府组织在未来很长时期内的发展状态。

| Abstract: | By the case study of Y societies,we can see that,due to the reform and open-door policy,arises a corporatist relationship between the government and NGOs.While the government,by a series of patterns such as authority,recognizes the legal status of societies,it possesses the controls of them.Over a long period of time,the growing pattern of Chinese NGOs is to recognize each other and interact with each other. |
