On the Problems of Protecting the Ethnic Cultural Heritage in Gansu

Being members of Chinese nation,the specific nationalities in Gansu have historical cultural heritage which is the embodiment of the wisdom,emotion,characteristics,cohesion and affinity,and also the witness of Chinese cultural blend and development.The protection of the heritage relates to the handing down and advancement of Chinese civilization.With the progression of modernization and shock from foreign mass media,the ethnic cultural heritage is facing the severe crisis of survival as a result of lagging behind in law system,mismanagement of government,people's lack of awareness and falling behind of economy.So,in the context of modernization,how to build up a more suitable and long-lasting effective protection system is the pressing task confronted with us.
