| 摘 要： | 跨国公司内部员工国别不同,语言各异,即便使用同一种语言,也因语言本身显性与隐性的因素而对公司外部或内部的交流造成一些问题,采用有效的沟通策略就是解决这些问题的方案。有效率的跨国公司应当建立公司内部的公共语言平台,并提高员工沟通交流的能力,提高公司的竞争力。
