我国软件及信息服务离岸外包业发展状况及影响因素研究

离岸外包由于其成本和技能优势变得越来越流行。我国被认为是全球软件及信息服务离岸外包主要的接包国之一，但目前还不能与印度抗衡。本文从国家、行业以及企业等多个视角对我国软件及信息服务离岸外包业的发展状况进行了分析，同时基于这三个视角将影响行业发展的因素分为宏观因素、中观因素和微观因素，并与印度进行了对比分析。本文最后认为我国软件及信息服务离岸外包业具有与印度抗衡的巨大潜力。

The Development and Influencing Factors Of Chinese Software and Information Service Offshore Outsourcing Industry

Offshore outsourcing has become popular because of cost or skill advantage. China is considered as one of major global software and information service offshore destinations, but it cannot compete with India right now. This paper analyzes the development of Chinese software and information service offshore outsourcing industry from the perspectives of the country, the overall industry and the firms. Based on these perspectives, factors influencing the industry are classified into macro factors, middle factors and micro factors. Each factor is analyzed and compared between China and India. The results show that Chinese software and information service offshore outsourcing industry is of great potential to compete with India.
