摘 要: | 文章探讨了反思性教学对外语教师专业发展的意义与作用。首先介绍了外语教师专业发展的几种模式,在此基础上分析了反思性教学对外语教师专业发展的意义,接着从理论上探讨了外语教师反思性教学的内涵、模式及特点,从实践应用上探讨了外语教师反思性教学的内容、过程及具体操作方法。

Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance of reflective teaching to teachers' professional development. Several models of FL teacher development are presented first, the importance of the reflective model to FL teachers' professional development is then analyzed, and finally, the theoretical and practical issues of applying the reflective model in FLL are discussed. |
