| 摘 要： | 以一个少数民族语言文化保存较完整的土家族聚居区———坡脚乡为个案,用人类学的视角,分析土家族母语区农村劳动力大量流迁动因及其对少数民族地区农村社会发展所带来的影响。调查发现,农村劳动力大量外流促进了像坡脚这样的少数民族农村社会的发展,同时也不可避免产生一些问题,影响少数民族农村社会的和谐稳定。

| Abstract: | This article takes for example the Tujia assemble area -PoJiao village which has a quite intact minority language culture.It takes the anthropological view to analyze the reasons of country labor force transfer and its influence brought to the minority area country society development.The transfer has improved the minority country development like Pojiao country,however,it brings some unavoidable problems at the same time and influences the stable harmonious minority country society. |
