| Abstract: | Throughthe analysis of the current situation of the management of private enterprisesin China ,the disadvantagesin manage-ment andtheir causes are presented.The paper has explainedthe path of standardized management for private enterprise andthe standard-ized management effect tothe functionthat brings about an advance in enterprise run bythe local people .It is a necessary choice totakestandardized management to manage enterprise scientifically andreasonably underthe demand of modern enterprise systemas soon as possi-ble to ensure continuance development for the private enterprises . |
