| 摘 要： | 为了适应现代高等教育管理改革的需要,高等学校在长期的管理实践中,已经自觉或不自觉地在不同层面上采取了多样的激励方式。高等学校管理的激励机制的现状如何,激励机制在满足教师的现实需求方面的作用如何,以及如何建立这种激励机制,值得我们认真研究。
