| 摘 要： | 随着我国新一轮事业单位收入分配制度改革的逐步实施,我国高校新的一轮收入分配制度改革也在如火如荼地进行着,从改革的实践出发,分析了高校收入分配制度改革过程中遇到的主要难点,并提出了怎样认识和对待这些难点的见解,以期对我国高校顺利进行收入分配制度改革提供帮助.

| Abstract: | With the new reform of income distribution system of public institutions being implemented step by step in China,the new distribution system reform in universities is being carried out.Based on the practice of reform,the major difficulties that occurred in the reform process are analyzed in this paper.How to understand them and the corresponding countermeasures are also proposed. |
