| 摘 要： | 本文根据目前青少年学生面临的压力实际,分析了青少年学生压力应对特点及开展压力应对教育的必要性和重要性,探讨了对青少年学生开展压力应对教育的具体措施,包括进行积极认知构建、模拟应对演习、自我减压指导等,帮助青少年学生提高压力认知评价水平,掌握积极应对压力的策略与方法,提高青少年学生的压力应对效能水平。

| Abstract: | This paper aralyzes the characteristics of young students under pressure relying on the reality study,and expounds the importance and necessity of corresponding education.The detailed measures,including construction of positive recognition,imitation of replying exercise,guide of self-reduction of pressure,are studied then in order to improve the student's ability to recognize and evaluate the pressure,to grasp the measures and to increase the replying efficiency. |
