| 摘 要： | 根据多年来的教学、科研实践以及对中、外高校工程管理专业教学、科研情况的考察,论述了以工程实践为背景的科学研究对本科教学及师资培养的意义,分析了知识创新、知识传授与创造性教育的关系,通过在知识创新与教学实践中的体验,提出了具有创造力的人才必须在教学与科研结合的条件下才能培养出来的观点。

| Abstract: | This paper is on the foundation of the author's practice of teaching and scientific research and review of teaching and scientific research of engineering management profession in inside and outside universities.It discusses the meaning of scientific research on the basis of engineering practice of teaching of undergraduate and teachers training.And it analyses the relation of the innovation of knowledge,teaching of knowledge and education of creativity.Based on the experience in innovation of knowledge and practice of teaching of the author,it gives the point of view that persons with creative ability must be brought up in the situation of combination of teaching and scientific research. |
