| 摘 要： | 我国至今尚未出台全国性的见义勇为法律,见义勇为的权益保障主要依赖于法律层级较低、制度尚不规范的地方性法规与规章。见义勇为地方立法作为国家法律的补充,应以解决见义勇为权益保障的现实问题为归依,根据本地的具体情况和实际需要不断完善,实行政府先行补偿、落实社会保障制度、建立救助联动机制、妥善运用救助基金,为见义勇为权益保障提供全面的法律支撑。
