| 摘 要： | 在行动与结构的关系视角中,新生代农民工市民化障碍来自于制度障碍、人力资本障碍、社会资本障碍等。破解新生代农民工市民化障碍就是要在当前国家统筹城乡发展战略下整合各类配置性资源,不断提升新生代农民工的人力资本、社会资本,以期通过各种要素的相互结合和互动为新生代农民工市民化创造条件。
