| 摘 要： | 依据现代西方价值哲学中自然主义的观点,从经验知识———企业理论出发,在安全性、持续性、创值性等三个方面选取19个指标构建了一个现金流状况的评价指标体系,然后运用因子分析方法,利用深沪两市2007-2009三年样本的各指标数据,求出各指标的权重,构建了2010年的现金流状况评价模型。研究表明此模型有利于指导企业评价分析自身现金流状况,更好地管理现金流。
