| 摘 要： | 学术失范在学术研究和高等教育中是一个重要的问题,影响着学术环境和学术创新。学术规范的有效性源自学术共同体对它的承认,体现出"共享信念"的特点,因此,从制度层面建立和维护某一学科的基本学术规范和方法论,形成某一学科学者的"共享信念",是学术规范制度真正得以形成的基础。

| Abstract: | Academic anomie as a big problem in the academic community and higher education harms the learning environment and stifles the academic innovation.This paper argues that the validity of the academic norms depends on the unanimous agreement on it in the academic community.This agreement is typical of shared beliefs and should be the basis of academic norms. |
