试论地方特色文化与文化强省建设——以广东为例

大力建设各地地方特色文化，是推进广东文化强省建设的有效手段。在文化强省建设的总体布局上，应充分考虑各文化区文化发展的历史与现状，合理布局、特色发展。在各文化区内部，也应结合其独特的自然和社会条件。按差异化原则进行地方文化的建设。具体到每一个文化区中的城市，应该结合城市的发展历程、城市的精神个性，来建设文化强市。地方特色文化建设，首先应抓住我有人无的独特资源进行开发，应当创造性的利用文化资源．以文化创意开发出特色文化产品，应该打破现行的行政区划的限制，实现跨区域的联合，应与公共文化服务建设保持一致。
