摘    要:流式细胞技术对荧光素着色细胞的形态和生物学性状进行定性或定量大群体快速检测,以往的细胞驱动方式是鞘液包裹带动式,近年来诞生了一种毛细管进样的无鞘液驱动流式细胞分析技术,可以对微量细胞进行绝对计数、CD3/CD4,CD8淋巴细胞计数艾滋病检测、细胞表面抗原等蛋白表达分析、细胞凋亡早期Nexin,线粒体膜电位分析、凋亡中期多种caspase分析和凋亡晚期TUNEL分析、细胞周期、细胞毒性、细胞增值和细胞示踪分析,是一种灵活易用的、低消耗的、便于实验人员自己常规操作的分析系统。

Abstract:Flow cytometry is a high technique platform for fast detecting a number of cells which labeled fluorescence and figuring out the morphology and the characteristics. Generally the cells were wrapped and forced by sheath fluid to pass through the detecting window. A novel style with no-sheath fluid but capillary driving cell flow was developed in these recent years. The assays are designed to make the most critical cellular assays accessible to life science researchers. Such as cell counting and viability, apoptosis assessment (including Annexin V, caspases, TUNEL, mitopotential, caspase 3/7 or 8 etc.), antibody quantitation & hybridoma screening, cell marker expression, cell cycle, CD4/CD8 absolute counting and AIDS detection, cell cytotoxicity, cell painting, and cell growth analysis. It is a personal system designed for every researcher to easily and quickly use in a lower cost.
