| 摘 要： | 要坚持劳动价值论的灵魂和实质。一切能生产具有交换 (不论是否具有交换形式 )价值并具有使用价值和价值的商品的劳动都应归入创造价值的劳动范畴。创新是克服平均利润率下降的现实基础 ,创新也改变了劳动的质和量。生产要素参与分配具有现实合理性。

| Abstract: | We should uphold the soul and essence of theory value.All sorts of labour that produce merchandises which have exchange value and use value and value,should be included in the catogory of labour which can create value.lnnovation is the existing foundation of overcoming the descent in average profit rate,and it also changes the mass and quanlity of labour.Major faetors of produce may participate in dividend,lt is real and reasonable. |
