兵团高校马克思主义理论队伍建设机制研究

兵团高校马克思主义理论队伍是推进兵团马克思主义中国化时代化大众化,深入实施兵团马克思主义理论研究和建设工程的主力军,是在新的历史条件下巩固和捍卫新疆意识形态安全的坚强力量。然而现实中却存在专任教师数量不足,高层次人才缺乏,学科建设基础薄弱,学生思想政治教育管理队伍素质有待提高等问题,应当通过建立和完善人才管理机制、培养培训机制、保障机制、组织管理机制等,以提高兵团高校马克思主义理论队伍建设的科学性和实效性。

Mechanism of Marxist Theory Team Construction in Colleges and Universities of XPCC

The Marxist theory teams in colleges and universities of XPCC （the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps） are not only the main forces of promoting the modernization and popularization of Marxism and of fully carrying out theory study as well as construction of Marxism but also the strong power of consolidating and defending ideological safety of Xinjiang in the new era. However, there exit such problems as the lack of full-time teachers, especially high-level teachers, instability of discipline construction and the low caliber of the education and management team of students. We advise to improve the scientificity and timeliness of Marxist theory teams in college and universities of XPCC by building up and perfecting the mechanisms of talent management, training and ensurance.
