浅议大学文化与大学思想政治教育

大学思想政治教育中存在多维度的影响与单向度的灌输、政治性的满溢与公共性的缺失、教育对象的复杂化与教育过程的技术化等政治性凸显、文化性缺失的现象,青年学生对单向度权力支配下的政治性教育兴趣寡然。在现代化进程中,大学文化面临着大学精神的退化、人文教育的势微及班级文化的缺失等现实挑战。文化本性是大学文化和思想政治教育共有的特性,对大学文化进行重塑,可以彰显其思想政治教育功能;思想政治教育的文化本性和文化创生功能也有益于大学文化的塑造。

Brief Analysis of College Culture and College Ideological Education

There are some contradiction existing in college’s ideological education,namely,multi-dimen-sional influence and one-dimensional instillation,overtopping of politics and deficiency of culture,com-plexity of educational obj ects and technicalization of educational process.The educational process has more characteristics in politics than in culture,which leads to young students’lost of interests in this kind of ed-ucation.In the course of modernization,college culture faces a lot of challenges,such as degradation of college spirit,declination of humanistic education,deficiency of class culture.The cultural nature is shared by both college culture and ideological education.Therefore,remolding college culture can manifest its function of ideological education.Meanwhile,the cultural nature and creativity of ideological education can also promote the development of college culture.
