新疆棉花产业竞争力分析及提升策略

新疆是中国最大的产棉区,棉花产量占全国的半壁江山。但新疆棉花产业在拥有显赫地位的同时,也存在着一系列问题。运用"钻石模型",从生产要素、需求因素、相关和支持产业以及产业战略组织和竞争状态四个维度对新疆棉花产业进行竞争力分析。在此基础上,针对如何提高新疆棉花产业竞争力问题,提出加大科技和基础设施投资力度、发展棉花产业集群及强化国储棉的收购政策等三个方面的策略。

Analysis of the Competitiveness of Cotton Industry in Xinj iang Province and its Countermeasures

As the largest cotton-producing region in China,Xinj iang plays a significant role in national cot-ton industry.Holding a prominent position at the same time,the cotton industry of Xinjiang has a series of problems.By employing“the diamond model”,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of Xinjiang＇s cotton industry from the following four dimensions,namely,the production factor,requirement factor,related and supporting industries and industrial strategy and competitive state.Finally,this paper also puts for-ward three countermeasures,which include increasing investment in science and technology and infrastruc-ture,developing cotton industry cluster and strengthening the acquisition policies of national cotton storage.
