| 摘 要： | 目前随着我国城乡一体化的建设，办理农村房屋所有权转移的公证会越来越多。但如何认定农村房屋权属却一直是公证业界一个最大的难题，因为农村房屋所有权性质上大多数是共有产权。所以，试图通过对农村房屋权属共有方面的相关问题进行研究，期望能对公证业界办理农村房屋公证提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the rural-urban integration in China,there will be an increase of notarization on division, bestowal,and inheritance of rural house ownership.As most of the rural house ownership is mutual,the definition of rural house ownership has long been a major problem for notary offices.This paper discusses issues related to rural house co-ownership with the hope of providing corresponding references for notary offices on rural house ownership. |
