关于提高自主创新能力的思考

提高自主创新能力是企业和国家提高国际竞争力的基本保证,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的迫切要求,是为了促进每个人自由而全面发展。创新受客观条件、主观条件的限制。当前科技文化界自主创新能力不高,企业不重视自主创新的状况比较严重,政府在提高自主创新能力方面还有很多工作要做。采取的相应对策是,个人加强创新能力的培养,组织建立有利于创新的激励机制,科技界加强学术原生态建设,企业在创新中发挥主体作用,国家重视科技创新的政策引领。
