大学生生涯辅导理论本土化再思考

作为国外先进而有效的教育理论，大学生生涯辅导受到我国高等教育界的大力引介。自上世纪90年代末以来，该理论在我国高等教育界实现了初步本土化，取得了积极效果；但由于我国高等教育理念和体制的局限，特别是对该理论的理解和应用存在各种偏差，本土化还存在诸多问题。面对当前经济社会发展的迫切要求、高等教育改革的良好机遇和大学生发展的现实需要，我们应全面推动该理论进一步本土化，促进我国高等教育又好又快发展，为现代化建设提供优质的人才资源。
