| 摘 要： | 学校德育立法是完善我国教育法体系的重要内容之一,也是事关党和国家前途与命运的战略工程之一。在具备充分立法依据的基础上,确立导向性较强的立法原则是正确理解德育立法精神、落实德育立法任务的必须。本文就学校德育立法原则作了一些探议。

| Abstract: | The legislation of moral education in our university is the one of the most important thing in perfecting our education legal system. It is also the important strategic project for the future of our Party and country. Basis on the abundant legal information, it is necessary for us to make the more directive legislative principle in order to understand the legal spirit of moral education rightly and put the lawmaking into effect. |
