| Abstract: | The theory of human capital is of great practical significance. But in the theoretical circle, there are still controversies over the connotation of human capital and the character of property right of human capital, and some questions are not yet in clarity. Thus there is much confusion about relevant theories in both minds and practices. This article intends to make further clarification and probe into relevant problems, then on that basis it tries to discuss the effect of the theory on the arrangement of the ownership of the firm. |
