| 摘 要： | 实践创新能力是大学生的基本能力,实践创新能力的培养是一项系统工程。本文分析大学生实践创新能力培养存在的问题,从实践创新能力培养软环境建设的角度,论述了新时期大学生实践创新能力培养的运行机制、课程设置、支援系统、评价体系建设的基本思路,提出了"全程步进"、"全体参与"、"全面服务"的实践创新能力培养模式。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of the practical innovative ability,the basic requirement for the college students,is a systematic project.This paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of the college students' practical innovative ability and discusses the basic thoughts on its operating mechanism,course-setting,supporting system and assessment system.In the paper,the author puts forward the mode of "all participation,all-sided service" in the cultivation of the practical innovative ability. |
