| 摘 要： | 知识经济作为一种崭新的经济形态正向我们迫近，并将影响河南省经济的发展。针对河南省的经济发展趋势，讨论了知识经济的内涵及演绎进程，分析了知识经济将对河南经济发展所产生的影响。最后，确定了相应的战略取向，提出了发展知识经济的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy, a new economic pattern is approaching and will exert considerable influence on the economic development of Henan province. This paper, in view of the tendency of the economic development of Henan, discusses the connotation of knowledge economy and its deduction process and analyses its possible influences on the economic development of Henan. Finally, with a view to the determination of the corresponding stategic orientation, this paper proposes the measures to be taken for the purpose of developing knowedge economy. |
