| 摘 要： | 我国人口问题十分严重,人口因素很难自发地与社会其他要素相适应,不利于社会经济的全面协调与可持续发展,对社会福利目标的实现构成了一定阻碍。我国计划生育政策的实施,解决了生育率与死亡率不对称性的矛盾,解决了物质资料再生产与人类自身再生产不平衡性的矛盾,解决了家庭生育计划与社会适度人口不一致性的矛盾,促进了人口因素与其他社会因素的协调与可持续性发展。

| Abstract: | China's population problem is very serious.Population is not conducive to the sustainable socio-economic development and hinders the realization of the objectives of social welfare.The implementation of China's family planning policy has been promoted the balance of fertility and mortality,has been promoted the balance of materials reproduction and population reproduction,and has been promoted the balance of family birth planning and social optimum population. |
