中国农民工工资走势:1979—2010

在有关中国农民工工资的文献中,农民工工资长期走势的研究仍付之阙如。在系统收集、梳理有关数据资料的基础上,对改革开放时期中国农民工工资水平及其演变轨迹的定量估测表明:过去30余年,其名义货币工资以年均近10%的速度增长;经用消费者价格指数调整的实际工资经历了三个阶段的演变;农民工与正式职工工资的比率呈先高后低走势。

Wage Trends among Chinese Migrant Workers:1979-2010

The existing literature contains scant research on the long-run wage trends of Chinese migrant workers.Based on the systematic collection and organization of relevant data and materials,this study gives a quantitative estimation of the level and evolution of migrant workerswages during the reform and opening up period.The study shows that their nominal wages have been increasing at an annual rate of 10% in the last three decades ;that real wages,adjusted by the CPI,have gone through three stages of development ;and that the ratio of migrant workerswages to those of regular employees displays an upward then downward trend.
