高校运动人体科学专业人才培养策略思考

针对我国高校运动人体科学专业人才培养所面临的挑战，分析人才培养的制约因素，明确就业环节不畅、学生就业不对口等客观现实是制约专业发展的瓶颈。提出运动人体科学专业应该从办学宗旨和发展方向上正确定位，遵循客观规律，明确培养目标，加强人才培养力度。建议对课程设置和教学方法进行相应的改革，培养学生立志为基层运动康复服务的就业取向，着重培养复合型人才，培养实际工作能力，提高就业竞争力。同时建议着力政策研究，为专业的发展营造良好的生存环境。
