| 摘 要： | 近年来,诱惑侦查已经在我国侦查实践中大量存在,但围绕诱惑侦查的争论可谓众说纷纭、莫衷一是。文章试图结合司法教学实践,对诱惑侦查的概念、分类、限制及其在我国的适用现状等问题作一简要评述。
