新时期农民工社会保障需要与社会保障管理

农民工进入城市后面临着各种挑战，他们大多从事高危行业，因而他们更需要社会保障。当前农民工社会保障的不足加剧了劳资冲突，同时也对社会造成了不良影响。应重视农民工社会保障问题，特别是医疗保障和工伤保险。政府应该采取措施妥善管理农民工社会保障，农民工自身应该通过工会来保护自己的合法权益，企业也要公平对待农民工。
