| 摘 要： | 宪法修改是实行宪政的重要内容。法治是动态的过程。宪法是一定历史时期的认识成果,必然受着认识过程客观规律的支配。社会主义社会的不成熟性是我国宪法不断修改的根本原因。社会主义实践的变化和发展直接推动了我国宪法的不断修改。

| Abstract: | Revising the Constitution is the important content of implementing constitutionalism.Ruling by law is a developing process. Constitution is the cognition achievement of a certain historical period,and is definitely dominated by the objective law of the cognition process.Socialist society's immaturity is the root cause why our constitution was often revised.The change and development of socialist practice directly give impetus to the constant revision. |
