| 摘 要： | 作为坚定的民主主义者,卢梭始终坚持从"只有人民才享有全部至高无上的权力"的主题而展开,阐述了社会契约理论。虽然包含着许多假设的成分,但是从当前政府、社会与市民的关系梳理和调整来看,社会契约论仍然是政治共同体来源和合法性的主流理论,蕴涵了人类长期的价值构建和对理想的热情追求。

| Abstract: | As a democrat,Rousseau believed that only the people enjoy the paramount power and expounded his social contract theory.It is true that much of his expounding was predicated on the assumptions.However,taking into the consideration of the present government,the relation of citizens and society,we will agree that social contract theory is still the chief theory about the source and legitimacy of the political communities,which contains human's eternal struggle for the value construction and pursuit of ideal. |
