| 摘 要： | 文章主要对欧洲区域创新系统的一些重要议题进行分析，并总结出主要特征，从中获得一些有益的启示。面对新的创新环境，我国区域创新系统应该注重构建合理的创新网络和促使区域内集群化的发展，通过技术扩散和技术转移把技术和创新政策融合于潜在的区域创新系统，并有效开发人力资源，强化人力资本的流动，以构建区域优势，从而增强区域创新能力，推动区域经济的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the theme issue of regional innovation system in Europe and gets some suggestion from it.Be confronted with the new environment for innovation,it is important to construct the reasonable innovation networks and develope the clustering in our country.By technology expansion and transfering,integrating technologic innovation policies into potential regional innovation system,effectively exploiting human resources,enhancing the flow of human capital,and constructing the regional advantages are the ways to improve the regional innovation capability and economy development. |
