| Abstract: | After the third Plenum of the 16th National Congress of the CPC,several nationwide academic seminars were held on the Scientific Outlook on Development and the theory of Humanities.Ever since then,the academic circles have carried on an extensive discussion concerning the philosophical basis,content,characteristic and significance of the Scientific Outlook on Development,especially in the essential connotation and value concept of putting people first. |
