| 摘 要： | 作为培养高素质人才的基地之一，高校图书馆第二课堂的职能不仅不能削弱，而且需要适应新形势继续加强。针对现今各高校图书馆的馆藏文献信息数字化、信息传递网络化的发展现状，文章提出发挥高校图书馆第二课堂作用的几个措施。
