浅谈学校管理者的非权力影响力

摘    要:学校管理者的非权力影响力,完全由管理者个人的某些特质决定,相对管理者的权力影响力,非权力影响力是管理者不可或缺的"软件".非权力影响力的培养和提高,应从管理者个人的品德修养、知识才能、人格魅力、资历、情感、团结艺术诸方面努力.嫉妒、多疑、权力欲是销蚀管理者非权力影响力的"毒剂".

Abstract:The non-power influence of a school manager depends completely on some quality of the manager. Compared with the power influence,the non-power influence is essentially the "software of a manager. To improve a manager s non-power influence,he should make efforts in many ways,such as in cultivation his morality,intellegence and personality . Besides, his qualification, emotion, the art of unity and so on also play parts. Jealousy, suspiciousness and the desire of power are poisons which will canker the manager's minds.
