| 摘 要： | 建筑工程造价资料是工程造价管理人员在工程建设过程中宝贵经验的总结．是工程造价宏观管理、决策的基础．也是研究建筑工程技术经济性质的基础资料．但由于工程造价资料积累及技术经济分析指标多、工作量大，应用传统的人工分析方法难以实现．本文设计了应用于Excel软件环境下．进行工程造价资料积累技术经济分析的一个指标体系．可充分利用工程造价资料数据．自动计算出建筑工程全方位的技术经济指标．

| Abstract: | The statistics of architectural engineering project cost are collected, accumulated and generalized by engineers through their valuable experience. These statistics afford a sound basis for macro-administration and policy-making and ,also,can be employed as essential resources for the study of economic characteristics of architectural engineering. However, owing to the large number of analytical norms and large amount of calculation task,it is extremely difficult to perform the analysis and calculation by the traditional method. In this paper,a system of techno-economic analysis norms, suited to be used in Excel-software environment,is designed for the architectural engineering project cost statistics,which makes it posssible to calculate all the norms automatically. |
