| 摘 要： | 依托地方高校培养国防生已经走过10余年的历程,如何实现高校培养与部队需求的无缝对接,一直是国防生培养急需突破和解决的瓶颈问题。通过深入调查研究国防生部队任职现状,并从基本结构现状、基本素质现状、业务水平现状和职业状态现状进行全面分析表明,影响和制约国防生培养质量提高的因素很多,既有培养计划、师资力量和教学设施方面的因素,也有国防生自身素养方面的因素。加强国防生思想道德建设,加强与部队信息的沟通,构建体现军味、系统规范的国防生教学体系等是克服这些制约因素的必然举措。
