| 摘 要： | 20世纪前期的近半个世纪，东亚的国际关系经历了从列强共同掌控到日本逐渐独霸的过程。在这一时期，日本始终是东亚国际关系的主角，东亚的主要矛盾表现为日本对中国不断的侵略。虽然华盛顿体系维系了一段时间的东亚稳定，但日本的东亚政策目标是建立以日本为主导的东亚新秩序，并为此发动了一系列对外战争，拼凑起了“大东亚共荣圈”。日本的这种侵略扩张政策遭到了中国和国际社会的一致反对，最终以失败告终。
