| 摘 要： | 管理是随着人类历史产生而产生、随着人类历史的发展而发展的。《尚书.尧典》中就已经记载了尧和舜管理国家的事迹。社会管理是靠一种文化来管理,本文拟对产生于中国古代思想最活跃的春秋战国时代的三大学派各具特色的社会管理思想加以论述,以期对当今现实的社会管理有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Administration originates from human beings,and it's development also depends on human beings.It has been written in Yaodian,one chapter of Books of Documents that King Yao and King Shun had been in charge of the country.Social administration dependsov a kind of culture.The article in deals with the thought of administration of three active school in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods most characteristic so that it might be used in the experience of modern social administration. |
