| 摘 要： | 司法审查制度是美国民主机制中至关重要的制度因素,它在实现美国宪法分权制衡原则方面发挥了巨大的作用。司法审查制度是美国权力监督机制有效运转的关键所在;司法审查制度又是"依宪治国"和联邦统一的根本保证;这一制度也为维护公民的合法权利提供了强有力的法律保障。

| Abstract: | Judicial review system is the most pivotal link in democratic mechanism of the United States.It plays an vitally important role in implementing the principle of decentralization of power and it is also the root of efficient operation in supervisory mechanism on the exercise of power.It is the fundamental guarantee for ruling the country by constitution and the consolidation of the union.What's more,it provides strong legal guarantee to citizens for safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. |
