| 摘 要： | 随着外来人口越来越多地涌入上海，外来人口二代的犯罪数量急剧上升，严重影响了上海市民的安全感，本文从多角度分析了外来人口二代的犯罪原因，总结了目前外来人口二代犯罪的现状，在此基础上，对于如何有效预防外来人口二代犯罪提出自己的意见和建议。
