| 摘 要： | 从对我国宏观经济现象的客观认识人手，分析我国CPI构成中食品类价格权重过高的严重后果，指出了降低食品类价格在CPI构成中的权重，完善CPI统计结构，同时公布CPI指数与“核心CPI”指数，能够有效避免宏观政策被CPI误导。提出了正确认识农产品价格波动，制定稳健全面的农业调控政策，保障我国农业长期稳定健康发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on objective understanding of China＇s macro-economy,this paper analyzes me sen- ous consequences of too high weight of food prices in the constitution of CPI in China and points out that reducing the weight of food prices in CPI, perfecting the statistic structure of CPI and publishing CPI in- dex and core CPI index could effectively avoid the misunderstanding caused by macro-policy. This paper finally proposes several suggestions on how to guarantee the long, stable and healthy development of China＇s agriculture, such as correctly understaning the price fluctuation of agricultural products and making steady and comprehensive agricultural regulating policies. |
