| 摘 要： | 本文对ＷＴＯ规则限制和允许（或鼓励）使用的政策进行了简要介绍，对我国现行的农业政策状况进行了分析。对加入ＷＴＯ后，我国农业政策调整的对策作了较为详细的考察，认为短期内应加强建立我国优势农产品出口生产基地，加强农产品的标准化研究并尽快制定农产品标准，充分利用ＷＴＯ规则的国内支持空间进行保护等。长远来看，我国农业发展政策的重点应建立在科技进步之上．
